Shipping and Delivery
Your prints order will be shipped one to two business days after the order is
placed. All orders (except Express orders) are delivered by First Class US mail.
The total time required for the order to reach its destination includes the time
to ship plus the time for delivery. All prints orders are shipped from the prints
facility in Texas. Immediately upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation
email about the order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once
the order is shipped.
Recommended Image Sizes for Making Digital
Prints
Digital image dimensions are measured in number of pixels(dots).
For example, a 640 x 480 image is 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels high.
Tip: You can view the dimensions of your images by clicking the thumbnail size images on the shopping cart page.
Print quality is directly related to the dimensions of the digital image. Larger
image dimensions will yield better print quality. In order to produce a good quality
digital print from a digital image, it must meet certain minimum dimensions. Digital
print quality will also depend on the quality of the image itself.

Image Cropping
The most popular prints sizes are 4 x 6 and 5 x 7. However most digital images will not reduce to exactly
a 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 dimension. For example, a 480h x 640w image will reduce to a 4.5 x 6 dimension.
In order to such images on a 4x6 print, resizing and cropping of the image is necessary.
This resizing and cropping is done automatically at the prints facility.
Rule of Thumb: The more square the image, the more cropping will have to occur to
fill the print since most print sizes are rectangular in dimension.
